1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FabPulse (the “Service”), a product of Cleviorr Infotech Private Limited (“FabPulse,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What FabPulse Is

FabPulse aggregates publicly available information about semiconductor fabrication plant construction, CHIPS Act funding disclosures, and related capital investment activity, and presents it as an interactive dashboard, weekly newsletter, and API. Data is compiled from public sources (company press releases, government disclosures, SEC filings, and similar) and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

FabPulse is not investment advice. Nothing on this site or in any report, alert, or API response constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or advice on any business, legal, or financial decision. Verify anything material against primary sources before relying on it.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account, created via a one-time email sign-in link (no password stored). You're responsible for keeping access to the email address associated with your account secure — anyone with access to that inbox can sign in as you.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid tiers (Pro, Team, Enterprise) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, systematically extract, or redistribute the Service's data beyond what your plan's API rate limits and license allow
• Share API keys or account access with anyone outside your organization's licensed seats
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, tier restrictions, or access controls
• Use the Service to build a directly competing product from its data
• Interfere with the Service's operation or attempt unauthorized access to its infrastructure

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” with respect to data accuracy. We aggregate and curate public information but make no warranty that it is complete, current, or error-free. Investment figures, timelines, and statuses are frequently revised by the companies and agencies that originally disclose them, and our data may lag those revisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, software, and our original analysis and commentary (including special reports) are owned by FabPulse. Underlying factual data aggregated from public sources remains subject to the rights of its original publishers where applicable; we claim no ownership over underlying facts.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse of the API/rate limits. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FabPulse and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made in reliance on data provided through it. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
