Privacy Policy

1. What This Covers

This policy explains what data FabPulse, a product of Cleviorr Infotech Private Limited (“we”), collects through fabpulse.io (the “Service”), why, and what control you have over it. We collect minimal personal data — an email address is the only personal information the Service asks for.

2. Information We Collect

• Email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter, watch a project for alerts, create an account, or subscribe to a paid plan.
• Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe; we receive your subscription status and a Stripe customer/subscription ID, never your card details.
• Usage data — which projects you watch, your subscription tier, and API request counts (for rate limiting and tier enforcement).
• IP address — logged transiently for rate-limiting on public forms (newsletter signup, checkout, etc.), not tied to your account or stored long-term.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell any data to third parties.

3. How We Use It

• Sending the weekly newsletter and project-change alerts you've opted into
• Authenticating you (magic-link sign-in) and remembering your subscription tier
• Processing payments and managing your subscription
• Preventing abuse of public forms and the API (rate limiting)
• Operating and improving the Service generally

4. Third-Party Processors

Your data passes through a small number of infrastructure providers, each only for its specific purpose:

• Supabase — database and authentication (where your data is stored)
• Stripe — payment processing (card details never touch our servers)
• Resend — sending newsletter, alert, and account emails
• Vercel — application hosting
• Mapbox — renders the interactive map (loads without sending it your email or account data)

5. Cookies

We use one functional cookie to keep you signed in (via Supabase Auth). We don't use analytics or advertising cookies at this time. If that changes, this section will be updated and a cookie consent banner added before any non-essential cookie is set.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account and subscription data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after cancellation for billing records. Rate-limit IP logs are automatically pruned after 24 hours.

7. Your Rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any newsletter or alert email. To access, export, or delete your personal data, email us at hello@fabpulse.io — we'll handle it manually until self-service tools exist. If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection); if you're a California resident, you have similar rights under the CCPA. Contact us to exercise any of these.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business/professional use and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted here with an updated effective date.
