Data correction: The joint ST/GlobalFoundries Crolles fab has been reported as stalled since early 2025, and a Jan 2026 report says GlobalFoundries has not met its commitments; no revival or new production date was found. The original full-capacity-in-2026 target is no longer realistic, so the date is removed. ST's own separate Crolles expansion decision (expected by end-2026) is a different project.
